Can a dealer buy your car then retract their decision to buy?
A dealer bought my car with modifications and is now stating that they new the stock exhaust pieces to purchase the car. If I dont supply them with that, if not I can take my car back. Is there any clauses/laws in regards to whether or not the dealership can do this? Can they retract buying my car after all documentation (liability, dmv change of ownership etc) is signed? Please help, I feel as this dealership has me by the head. Thanks in advance…
