The radio leads are the key elements especially in the steering wheels where one can enable the controls easily with the help of radio leads. Though the products may be different the connecting features remains almost the same.
Alpine radio leads: -
The alpine leads are useful in recognizing the controls on the steering wheels. When you are using a PC99 X make sure that it requires PC99-ALP as an interface with the header unit. When you are installing this alpine radio follow these rules carefully
? See that that the twin orange wires of the link are coupled with each other
? Couple the alpine interface PC99-ALP with the PC99
? Later switch on the vehicle and header unit
? After that switch on the radio and select a desired frequency

? The main loom should be plugged in with the head unit and vehicle
? Switch on the radio and select a radio frequency

? Connect the four pin plug to Din socket

Sony radio leads: -
Sony radio leads features mainly a joystick port and a stereo head phone to install into the socket. The installing of the Sony radio leads can be done by
? Couple the Sony interface along with series lead
? Later the main loom must be plugged in with vehicle and header unit
